The night before the Prototype

Alex and myself have been in the lab since about 10am and are still here at 8pm working on videos and images for out prototype presentation tomorrow, and after an "interesting" convosation with Bret we have come to the decision to make a show reel for tomorrow.

The buildings and general clutter are basically completed and now im just trying my best to texture them as I am behind schedule.

Now we have our results back from all our other modules that means we can concentrate fully on this project, and although there is still lots to do still I am very confident that we will meet the deadline with time to fine tune the animation.

No worries

Start of the new term

Christmas is now out of the way and term starts next week. I'm determined to be in the position to press render for the first time on the monday that term does start and hopefully both jon and I have put the hours in and got our bits of work done in time and to our usual high standard. All the necessary research has been done and all the parts are now made, we just need to colour it in and put it all together.

A script of action has been put together for the animation, which comprises of 12 scenes. so far the first 3 have been animated and the only reason the last 9 aren't done is because i haven't got round to them just yet.

its a long process but its definatly ahead of the other groups and we're well on top of it and so long as we're at the render stage by next monday we'll still be on shedule.
